La Perla is one of the most luxurious houses on the entire island, valued at nearly $ 4 million. You can't go up from this house !
July & Aug: just $ 3,595 per week for groups up to 6 guests (slightly higher for 7-16 guests)
St. Maarten: House #78 Dawns Beach Estates 5 BR
just 1,495 for a week in September

Xmas week dec 19-26 still open at just $ 1,995 for seven nights!
The 5 br house on st. john has been totally renovated. July and august just $ 2,595 per week up to 7 guests (slightly higher for 8-12 guests)
