All bookings require 50% payment via personal check or credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard ONLY. Payments made on vacation house rentals are non-refundable; but if a customer has an emergency preventing him/her from going, the customer may select a comparable future week at any of our houses subject to availability. Any refunds will be deducted 5% of handling and related fees.
