We loved St. Martin

The house was great, nice and clean and being on the beach, now we're spoiled. Swimming 3-4 times a day in a beautiful beach like Dawns beach, well it just doesn't get any better.

Most relaxing vacation we've ever had. Loved the views, cocktails and local beers sitting on the deck gazing at the ocean. My husband liked the Cuban cigars which are legal there.

Hi John and Carrie (stayed at St. Maarten house)

Well, you were right. Staying on the ocean on a tropical beach in a big luxury house was incredible.

We were in that beach water 5 times a day and the big pool got a pretty good workout also.

We do suggest however you add a few more umbrellas for the patio as we had 12 out there. You said you've had weddings on that patio overlooking the ocean and now I see why since it's huge. The views of the open ocean, beach and other islands really is mesmerizing.

We had a great time on the island and the local folks were very friendly as they often say about St. Maarten. Had a few delicious meals at the restaurants in your guide book on the french side. Not cheap but excellent cuisine. They give you 1 to 1 Euro to the dollar if you don't use a credit card and pay cash by the way. Big savings. Grand Case is the town on the French side with the great restaurants right on the water. Very casual but outstanding food and wine.

We'll be back next winter to get out of the Rochester NY ugly weather.

Property: St. Maarten Ocean front Estate

Hi Carrie,

we loved your beautiful St. Maarten house and its gorgeous beach. You were right Dawns beach is one of the world's best. Nice clean blue water, sandy beach and small waves. No undertow at all.

And best of all just a few feet walk from the house!

Mostly we just sat on the patio and enjoyed the sunshine, and then grilling fish for dinner. Cocktails at sunset on that patio is as good as it gets with the ocean view 180 degrees.

A superb vacation.

We were party of a larger group of 2 families that shared your terrific St. John house Wild Jasmine. A great vacation. Very quiet out there yet not far from the restaurants and bars of Coral Bay. Next vacation I think we might try your St. Maarten villas.

Staying at 34 Forest Cottage really felt like a home away from home! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We never went anywhere but out to the slopes, then home to Forest Cottage to relax in front of the fire! Truly a memorable vacation for all!

We travelled home on Christmas eve after a full day of sking at Bretton Woods. Our stay at your house was awesome.

From watching holiday shows on the flat screen TV above the roaring fire to challenges of games of pool or backgammon, we totally
enjoyed ourselves.

The skiing was great and being right on the slopes means we hope to be back there next year.

Property: Stowe, VT 1936 Notchbrook

My friends and I stayed NYE weekend and although the skiing weather was so-so, the Notchbrook house made the weekend worth while!

There are so many activities in the home that tailor to many interests; you certainly will not get bored nor will you be disappointed.

We had a wonderful time outdoors building a giant snowman :) Hopefully the guests the following weekend were able to enjoy it.

Stowe, VT is beautiful and certainly one of my favorite places to ski at on the East Coast :)
