List Your Vacation Rental on Our Website
If you own a luxury vacation house or condo, you may want to list it for rent on our website.
We charge a percentage of each rental fee and create a computerized reservation calendar on our Rezstream system for you.
We can handle the booking, collections and notifying your housekeeper or property manager of the schedule on a weekly basis.
Please note that we only consider high end properties for rent so it should have a market value over $ 500K or so.
We create a webpage for your house once you provide us with digital photos and the facts: location, benefits of your house vs. others, nearby attractions (beach, ski area, golf course, etc), rates by season and # of guests.
While we prefer houses or condos in beach or ski resorts, we also consider luxury condos in major cities or European properties. For more info you can email us:
